Who I am

“Hi, I'm Laura.

I specialize in movement, wellness, and personal growth for women. My work stems from a very simple fact: I've experienced firsthand what it means to feel out of balance. Moments when the body isn't responding, the mind is full, and energy is lacking. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, over and over again.

And that's exactly where my way of supporting women comes from: with listening, presence, consistency, and an approach that puts the person at the center, before every workout."
